In March, 2019, a bipolar, schizophrenic 22 year-old man named Shali Tilson was booked in a Rhode Island jail on a misdemeanor charge, tortured and deprived of water for days before being discovered dead in his isolated jail cell. His family and community are demanding justice and full accountability.
