Alabama Police Under Fire For Bloodying Teenager To A Pulp

In the city of Troy, Alabama police officers brutally beat 17 year old Ulysses Wilkerson to a pulp on the night of December 23. Officers of the Troy Police Department cracked Wilkerson’s eye sockets “in three different places” according to his father, causing swelling on his brain. The officers claim Wilkerson emerged from a closed office building at night, and upon attempting to question him he fled. When they caught him they brutalized him and, judging by the images, nearly left him for dead.
